​This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Massage Vibe ("Company") and the Client, effective as of the date the Client books services online. The Company and the Client hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Provision

​

• The Company will provide the Client with a mobile massage service.

• Services will be delivered by a licensed massage therapist on a referral-only basis.

Informed Consent

​

• The Client consents to receive services from the Company and its contractors.

• The Client acknowledges that the Company’s contractors are not licensed physicians and do not diagnose any medical conditions.

• The Client understands that these services are not a substitute for a medical examination and that no guarantees regarding the results of the services have been made.

Physical Health

​

• The Client represents that they are physically and mentally fit to receive the services and have no conditions that would prevent them from doing so.

• The Client confirms they have received a physical examination and have obtained their physician's permission to receive the services or have chosen not to do so.

Assumption of Risk

​

• The Client voluntarily agrees to receive the services and acknowledges the inherent risks involved.

• The Company cannot guarantee the Client's personal safety or well-being, and the Client assumes sole responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

• The Client agrees to inform the Company of any medical conditions, medications, or factors affecting their ability to receive services safely.

Inappropriate Behavior

• Massage therapy is solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes; any sexual implications or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate termination of the session.

• The Client will be charged the full-service fee regardless of session length in such cases.

• A report may be filed with local authorities if necessary. Mutual respect between the Client and therapist is required

Indemnity

​

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its contractors, employees, officers, affiliates, and property owners from all claims, including those initiated by third parties, and to reimburse them for any related expenses.

Acknowledgment

​

• The Client acknowledges that they have read this Agreement carefully and understand it as a complete release of liability.

• The Client confirms that they have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the Agreement and the services.

Electronic Consent

​

• By booking with Massage Vibe, the Client consents to the use of electronic consent in lieu of a handwritten signature.

• By submitting an appointment request online and clicking "I Accept," the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Massage Vibe terms of service.
